WHAT DOES VIDEO CONFERECING EQUIPMENT MEAN?

I've been looking in to the Synology line of NAS drives, especially the DS211. What I really like is usually that it operates rsync, so I'd personally be able to do really excellent incremental backups employing DeltaCopy for Windows and will do my backups above a safe link.
